Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund. Simply go to your order history and request cancellation.
  • After Shipment: Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can initiate a return after receiving the product (subject to return policy).

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products – If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Wrong Item Received – If you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange a return and replacement.

Unopened & Unused Products – If you change your mind, you can return the product in its original unused, unopened condition (subject to product eligibility).

How to Request a Return?

  1. Go to My Orders and select the item you wish to return.
  2. Choose the reason for the return and submit your request.
  3. Our team will review the request and arrange for pickup (if applicable).
  4. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:
❌ Perishable goods (food, beverages, etc.)
❌ Personal care & hygiene products
❌ Digital products & gift cards

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (bank, UPI, credit/debit card, etc.).
  • If paid using cashback, the refund will be credited as store balance for future purchases.
  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days after approval.
