Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund. Simply go to your order history and request cancellation.
- After Shipment: Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can initiate a return after receiving the product (subject to return policy).
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✔ Damaged or Defective Products – If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
✔ Wrong Item Received – If you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange a return and replacement.
✔ Unopened & Unused Products – If you change your mind, you can return the product in its original unused, unopened condition (subject to product eligibility).
How to Request a Return?
- Go to My Orders and select the item you wish to return.
- Choose the reason for the return and submit your request.
- Our team will review the request and arrange for pickup (if applicable).
- Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
❌ Perishable goods (food, beverages, etc.)
❌ Personal care & hygiene products
❌ Digital products & gift cards
Refund Process
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (bank, UPI, credit/debit card, etc.).
- If paid using cashback, the refund will be credited as store balance for future purchases.
- Refunds typically take 5-7 business days after approval.
